University Research Grant Scheme (RUGS) is a research grant from the University Research or special provisions RU funds. Funding grants are an initiative of the University to meet the Key Performance Index (KPI) Research Universities, to generate high-impact journal publications, to produce a journal, to publish books or chapters in books, to commercialize products or facilitate the patent's application, for increase the number of graduate students who are graduating, to increase the number of researchers (principal investigator) and bridge the gap between research discovery and commercialization
