Laboratory of Ethnomathematics and Didactics

Laboratory of Mathematics Education and Literacy was established under the Institute for Mathematical Research (INSPEM) on 16  August 2002 and after INSPEM's restructuring in 2011, the laboratory is known as Laboratory of Ethnomathematics and Didactics.

The objective of the establishment of this laboratory is to focus on research in enhancing teaching and learning of mathematics in this country and also to strengthen the field of mathematical philosophy and ethnomathematics.
