SERDANG, 1 October  - In placing the Institute of Mathematical Research (INSPEM) as one of the leading institutions in the field of mathematical science in Malaysia, INSPEM has organized INSPEM Popular Article Writing Workshop on 1 October 2020. This workshop was organized in collaboration with the Office of Corporate Strategy and Communication, UPM. The purpose of this workshop was to train INSPEM staff in writing popular articles as well as placing INSPEM as one of the institutions that promote mathematical science studies through media visibility.

This workshop was conducted by Ts. Dr. Syed Agil bin Syed Alsagoff from the Department of Communications, Faculty of Modern Languages ​​and Communication, En. Khairul Anuar Muhamad Noh, Head of Corporate Communications Section, Office of Corporate Strategy and Communications and Pn. Norliza Abdullah, Former Daily News Editor. Also present at this workshop was Prof. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rezal Kamel Ariffin, Director of INSPEM. The organization of this workshop is an initial step of INSPEM to further encourage researchers to share their knowledge and research with the community through the field of writing popular articles.
