MJMS TERIMA PENGIKTIRAFAN CREAM 2017

Putrajaya, 5 October 2017 - An INSPEM-managed journal, namely, Malaysian Journal of Mathematical Sciences (MJMS) under the UPM Press has been selected by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia, as a recipient of the CREAM status under the 2017 Program of CREAM Status Award Publications Incentive Scheme. The journal has shown encouraging achievements in the international database for Scopus indexed journals in the field of Science, Technology and Medicine.

The award was given by Y.B. Datuk Dr. Mary Yap Kain Ching, Deputy Minister of Higher Education to its Chief Editor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hishamuddin Zainuddin, in the Malaysia Research Star Award and CREAM Status Conferment ceremony in PICC Putrajaya on 5 October 2017. The event was earlier officiated by Y.B. Dato' Seri Idris bin Jusoh, the Minister of Higher Education.

This recognition is to help boost the efforts in improving the quality of research and scientific journal publication in Malaysia which involves the journal publishers in Malaysia.
